GShopLens is a Chrome browser extension that provides analytical insights for Google Shopping pages. The Extension analyzes product data, pricing information, seller details, and other publicly available information to provide users with enhanced shopping insights.

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use GShopLens only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension
• Use the Extension to collect or harvest personal information from other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Extension
• Use the Extension in a way that could damage, disable, or impair any server or network

3.2 API Key Security

If you choose to use AI features that require API keys:

• You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your API keys
• You should generate API keys with appropriate permissions and limitations
• You should immediately revoke compromised API keys
• We are not responsible for any charges incurred through your use of third-party AI services

4. Intellectual Property

GShopLens and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jeff Louella and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy and Data

We do not guarantee that:

• The Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The Extension or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the Extension will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL JEFF LOUELLA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jeff Louella from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Extension after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your use of GShopLens at any time by uninstalling the Extension. We may terminate or suspend access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jeff Louella operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability
